The following Introduction of ROIM was requested & presented recently at a Pentecostal Holiness based summit conference, and we wanted to pass it on to you.

Introduction of
Restoration of Israel Ministries

It is my pleasure and honor to introduce to you our ministry divinely named Restoration of Israel Ministries (ROIM) and to tell about who we are and what YHVH has called us to do... i.e. when we were established and why ... and our Mandated Goal and our Vision.

We were established in December 2002 because YHVH called us out of our previous ministry for such a time as this! ... Because of YHVH's revelation to us about who we are and what we are called to do....that our ministry is to be a vehicle through which His people in Yeshua (Jesus) can return to their Hebraic roots and come into knowledge/into the truth of their identity as part of the Whole House of Israel...as part of the descendants/of the people of Elohim (the one true God) of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob...that we as believing non-Jewish Israelites are just as chosen as Jewish Israelites. That all His people/all Believers are Israelites.

We believe Salvation is a free gift to all who accept Messiah Yeshua as their personal Savior and Redeemer and believe in His Atoning Blood. And that our mandate is contained in the scripture Acts 3:20-21: "And He shall send Yeshua, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive, until the times of restoration of all things, which Yahveh has spoken through the mouth of His prophets since the world began."

The Restoration of all things includes after our personal salvation the Restoration of the study of Torah as the foundation of All Truth. We as Christian Believers called the Torah a "strange thing". But Yeshua said He came to fulfill/complete the Torah, not do away with it. As the Father removed the blinders from our eyes so we could see His Truth in the Torah (which is His word from Gen to Rev), we realized it wasn't just the Jews (House of Judah/Southern Kingdom) who had been partially blinded but that we also from the other House--the Non-Jews from the Northern Kingdom/ House of Israel/Ephraim had been partially blinded also, until our time of exile from the Land of Israel was over...until the Time of the Restoration of all things.

We learned Both Houses were dispersed from the Land--House of Israel by the Assyrians 722BC & the House of Judah by the Babylonians 586BC and by the Romans 70AD. Why? Because of their disobedience to His Loving Instructions in His Torah, an eternal gift to His people through Moses. But Yahveh says throughout scripture through His prophets not one would be lost---they would be regathered---where they were called LoAmi 'Not my People' they would be called 'Sons of the Living God' (Hosea). And Now we Ephraimites of the House of Israel believe our time of exile set in Scripture has ended after 2730yrs and that the blinders are being removed from our eyes so that now we can see and understand what we could not see and understand in Scripture before...that as we return to our Hebraic Roots and the truth of the Torah, we will Make our Jewish brothers jealous and they will want what we have--- our Jewish Messiah Yeshua our Lord and Savior --- and the wall of separation will indeed come down that King Messiah died for and we will be one in Him. Then Yeshua's Kingdom will be here on Earth and He can return in Glory to Rule & Reign with His chosen Redeemed Holy People of Israel who walk in the Torah.

We learned that Yahveh Himself had created these 2 witnesses with 2 separate messages during their exile. For the past 2000 yrs, one witness, The House of Israel (primarily 10 tribes from Northern Kingdom/the Church) has witnessed to Yeshua (Jesus) and His Priceless Salvation --- while the other witness, the Jews from the House of Judah (Southern Kingdom) has witnessed to the Torah---the Fathers instructions to us in His Word how we are to live after we are saved. Keeping Torah does not earn us or bring us salvation, but it does bring the Blessings. Walking in the Footsteps of the Messiah Yeshua, who is the Living Torah, brings us the Blessings---not walking in His footsteps brings repercussions/punishment (sometimes called curses) on us and our family. Yeshua said more than once, "If you love me, keep my commandments!"

From Acts 3:20-21 stated above, we in ROIM believe we are in the Times of Restoration of All things...such as Restoration of study of Torah as foundation of all truth...Restoration of remembrance and observance of Shabbat on 7th day of week..from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday as commanded by YHVH in Lev 23:3, Ex 31:13, Luke 4:16.
Also Restoration of Biblical Feasts of Yahveh in Lev 23---these Festivals are rehearsals and prophetic foreshadowing of things to come (Col2:16-17).
Restoration of Praise & Worship through Hebraic Music and Dance ... straight from the Fathers Heart.
Restoration and Regathering of the 2 Houses of Israel---We believe we are called to teach the heritage we have with our forefathers (the Patriarchs) that we might fulfill our destiny as laid out in Scripture...that We as Believers are one people-in Covenant Relationship with YHVH & each other--- Redeemed Jew and Non-Jewish Israelites under one King the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).. empowered by the Ruach HaKodesh(the Holy Spirit). We are mandated to bring Ephraimites (Christians/goyim) into knowledge of their identity as part of the Redeemed(followers of Yeshua) Torah Observant people of Israel. Ez 37:15-25 Remember Yeshua, the Living Torah, said if you love me, you will keep my commandments (His Torah).
We also believe Restoration of all things includes restoration of all the Land of Israel promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and their descendants forever by YHVH---and in the Fathers perfect timing we are to help prepare their hearts to return to the Land.

The Vision of ROIM: First came from Habbakuk about 1984 over 20 yrs ago the Father gave us His prophetic Word:
"Look among the nations and watch-Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days Which you would not believe, though it were told you." Hab 1:5
"...Write the vision and make it plain upon tablets, That he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarry, wait for it; Because it will surely come, it will not tarry." Hab 2:2-3
We believe the Vision in Hab for 'an appointed time is NOW & speaks of the End of our Exile & our Regathering & is the 'Restoration of the Whole House of Israel.

And through the prophet Ezekiel YHVH says "And I will make one nation in the land Upon the Mts of Israel; And one King shall be King to them all; And they shall be no more two nations, Neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms anymore at all." Ez 37:22
This ministry is to be a vehicle to bring people into knowledge of their identity as part of the Whole House of Israel (sometimes called the House of Jacob or the 12 Tribes of Israel).
The Revelation of who we truly are comes through study of His Word together with the Holy Spirit as our Teacher. The Father says He will write His Torah on our Hearts& put it in our minds with His Spirit; so we can do it.

Together as united people, we are working toward the day when All Israel is 'Regathered' and 'Restored' to the Fullness of her Holy Call. We are working to help rebuild YHVH's Holy Nation. We believe we have a divine Mandate to be a part of Yahvehs End-Time Plan: 'The Restoration of all Things' and usher in 'The Return of Messiah Yeshua'.

Fm Deu 6:4-9 we believe Yahveh our Father has given us the message to proclaim:
In Hebrew: "Shma Israel, Yahveh Eloheynu, Yahveh Echad, Baruch Shem Kivod, Malchuto, LOlam Vaed."
In English: "Hear, O Israel: Yahveh is our Elohim, Yahveh is One. Blessed be His name, Whose Glorious Kingdom is Forever and Ever." Amen!
